NCE can provide full design for shorter single span bridges and provide specialist advice for any associated deep foundations and complex retaining structures, with the goal of cost optimisation.
NCE has a good understanding of liquefaction, pile down drag, lateral strength and seismic energy dissipation methods. NCE staff have been significantly involved with large bridge projects such as the Awatere and Lee Valley Bridge replacement projects and founding major highway bridges such as Ahuriri Bridge in Napier (SH2) and the Lindale Bridge (SH1) near Wellington.
