Marsden Park and Marsden Homestead Subdivisions
NCE, in collaboration with Newton Survey, have been the key designers for this large subdivision located in Marsden Valley.
NCE have been responsible for the overall earthworks design, stream stabilisation, concept bridge design, water supply and reticulation, stormwater management, utilising rain gardens and project management of all engineering design. Stages 1 thru 7 of Marsden Park. (about 144 lots) are completed and nearly built out. Stages 1 & 2 of Marsden Homestead are near completion which included our new collaborators CGW and Envirolink. The total yield of the Homestead Subdivision is expected to be significant and the design process is ongoing.
